How Weevil Drove 750% Online Sales Growth in 3 Months With Their First Digital Marketing Push

Engagement Focus

PPC Media, SEO and Site Optimization

Project Overview

Weevil is a mountain biking apparel brand built around form and function — gear that performs on the trail and looks good off it. While the brand had a loyal in-store following, their online store had never been treated as a serious growth channel. No paid media. No digital strategy. No real attempt to scale e-commerce.

Seventy Seven Collective was brought in to change that. Our goal was simple: turn Weevil’s website into a revenue driver and prove that digital could scale alongside their brick-and-mortar presence.

The Challenge

Weevil had strong products and a clear brand, but their digital presence wasn’t doing any heavy lifting. Online sales were minimal, paid media had never been tested, and there was no system in place to attract, convert, or scale customers beyond the physical store.

In short, the demand existed, but the digital engine didn’t.

The Solution

We built Weevil’s first real digital growth engine from the ground up. That meant launching and managing paid campaigns, optimizing their online store for conversion, and steadily dialing in performance based on real data — not guesses.

Within the first three months:

  • Overall sales increased by nearly 30%
  • Online sales grew by 750% compared to the previous quarter
  • ROAS remained consistently around 2.1, with peaks above 2.5 as campaigns matured

The result wasn’t a one-off spike, it was a stable, repeatable performance that proved digital could be a reliable growth channel for the brand.
