Food Service Matters, like many brands that approach us, had an outdated website that did not match their current voice & tone, along with a look and feel that matched their high-end approach to consulting. Mike and team have a very specific and direct approach to how they consult with some of the largest venues in the country, and they needed a new tone that matched that energy.
The Approach
We consulted with the team on various topics relating to how they approach their client interactions. We wanted to capture that energy in our tone and the way FSM is presented. We also did a deep dive into the venues and projects so we can get a better understanding of what strategies and tactics they use to guide venues. We learned so much about how they help venues realize additional venue while providing an extraordinary fan experience.
The Solution
We translated all the above into what we think is a vibrant and energetic website that matches our client's approach to their project consulting. The design is rich and colorful, highlighting some of the biggest and best venues they have consulted on, and paid that with a high energy tone to the copy. All this resulted in one of our favorite website redesigns since we've been in business that has lead to a great relationship and the foundation for more marketing work to come.
