Beyou approached Seventy Seven Collective, an ecommerce design agency, needing a fresh approach for their Shopify store, which has not been performing up to their standards. While a site re-design was not on the table, we were asked to assess their store, marketing efforts, customer retention tactics, and other areas of their digital marketing to assess where improvements could be made.
We analyzed the website and immediately noticed the previous web developer took a few common shortcuts when setting up the store, mainly around optimization and customer conversion. We looked at how their email campaigns were set up around customer conversion and retention. After a read-out with the client, we had our marching orders.
Our first step was to overhaul the back-end of the website build, optimizing the set images and load time. Then we implemented an email drop campaign for multiple parts of the customer journey and set up more reoccurring blog content. In addition to those tactics, we have helped launch numerous product campaigns, increasing traffic and higher average order.
We continue to work with the Beyou team on product launches, monthly Shopify site maintenance, recurring email campaigns, and customer engagement and retention, resulting in higher traffic and revenue.
